Traffic with the HSC "HALUNDER JET" will not commence until 30th April 2021 due to circumstances.

The well-being and safety of our guests and staff on board is our top priority. In the current situation, we are continuously reviewing and improving our hygiene measures, as well as placing great emphasis on spacing and special precautions to minimise direct contact. Likewise, we support contact tracking by using the app "luca" with us at the ticket counters and on board.

However, the current suspension of shipping services to Heligoland until the date mentioned is not a consideration on the part of the shipping company, but is based on the current decree of the state government of Schleswig-Holstein.

If you have already made a booking with us for the above period, the following options are now available to you:

Rebooking

You are welcome to rebook now for another date of your choice (subject to availability) from 1st May 2021. Please send us an email including your booking number and the new travel date to [email protected].

Leave travel date open

You would like to hold on to your booking, but do not yet know which date you would like to change to? Feel free to send us an email to this effect to [email protected]. The amount you have already paid will be credited to your customer account and later offset against your rebooking.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your booking and get your money back, please use the form here. We will then take care of the rest.
