The Christmas gift that gives the gift of sea air

Sometimes it's not so easy to find the right Christmas gift. Something that really brings joy and creates memories instead of just being another thing. How about a voucher for the FRS Helgoline?

A gift certificate is the ideal present for anyone who loves Heligoland or wants to discover it. Whether for families, island commuters, or day trippers, it's always a good fit, whatever the season.

(Tip: If you pay by credit card, we'll send the gift certificate on the day you order.)

  • Postal delivery: Orders placed by December 12 – please note the usual delivery times of Deutsche Post.
  • Digital voucher for payment by bank transfer: Order and payment received by December 19.
  • Fast & short notice – payment by credit card: Vouchers can be purchased by phone until December 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
    The voucher will be sent immediately as an e-voucher.

Ordering the voucher is very easy:

The voucher can be used for a trip with FRS Helgoline. An additional payment can be made at any time when purchasing the ticket.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). As soon as the amount has been credited to our account, we will send the voucher by email. If necessary, it can be sent by post to the address provided*, together with a gift card.

The voucher can currently be redeemed when booking through our service center or directly at our ticket counters.

To place an order, we require the following information from you:

  • Number of vouchers
  • Value of the voucher(s)
  • Your billing address
  • Your email address
  • For postal delivery: The shipping address (if different from the billing address)
  • Your preferred payment method with the relevant details
