Buy your ticket for the high speed catamaran "Halunder Jet" quickly and easily online or via our friendly service center. You will receive your ticket as a PDF document via e-mail. If you would like to receive paper tickets, we are able to send them by post for an additional shipping and handling fee of 4 €. On most days, there will be tickets available on location at our ticket counters. However, especially in the high season there may not be any tickets left for sale, so we recommend to book in advance either online or via telephone.

You can also buy your tickets directly at the ticket offices in Hamburg, Brunsbüttel,Cuxhaven and Heligoland. Cash, EC card and credit cards (MasterCard and VISA) will be accepted. Please bear in mind that tickets may be sold out already due to high demand.
Book at travel agencies, tourist informations, hotels or Deutsche Bahn
You can buy tickets for FRS Helgoline's "Halunder Jet" high speed catamaran in many travel agencies (additional fees might be applied), in many tourist informations and hotels in the vicinity of our ports of departure or in all ticket centers of the Deutsche Bahn.

Timely booking ensures the best seats.
If something should change your plans: The ticket can be cancelled informally at any time.
In case of cancellation up to seven days before departure, we will refund the full fare, minus a handling fee of €10.00.
Up to 3 days before departure we charge 50% of the fare as cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation less than 3 days before departure, we retain 100% of the fare as cancellation fee.
In all cases, the passenger has the right to prove a lesser damage to the carrier.

Environmentally friendly and paperless on board
Think about the environment and do not print your ticket. You can show your ticket on your smartphone or tablet when you go on board of the "Halunder Jet" .
After the booking you will receive a download link for your online ticket. In addition, you will receive a pdf document and a QR code file (e-ticket) via e-mail. With the e-ticket, you can get on board very comfortably and environmentally friendly! Just show the QR code on your smartphone or tablet when getting on board - without the hassle of printing.
Of course, you can also print your online ticket (pdf document) in advance and bring it along.
