By entering, each participant acknowledges these terms and conditions of entry.

The competition starts from the time of publication on Instagram and ends on 31.08.2022 at 10 a.m. and is hosted by FRS Helgoline GmbH & Co. KG.

The raffle is a trip for two people to Sylt incl. arrival / departure with the FRS Sylt ferries and two nights in the apartment Classic Type 1 of the hotel TUI Blue Sylt incl. breakfast. The voucher is redeemable upon request and availability (holidays excluded).

The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to the regular limitation period of three years from the end of the year in which the prize was distributed by the organizer.

This contest is not affiliated with Instagram in any way. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram.

Any natural person in their own name with a minimum age of 18 years is eligible to participate. Participants who have already reached the age of sixteen, but are not yet of age, may only participate in the sweepstakes with the consent of their legal guardians.

Employees of the competition organizer, as well as employees of the companies participating in this competition and their direct relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.

The basic prerequisite for participation in the contest is an Instagram post with a photo showing something red in relation to Helgoland or the "Halunder Jet" and the use of the hashtag #welchefarbehaturlaub. Linking to/tagging FRS Helgoline is desirable but not mandatory.

The winner will be selected by a random drawing.

The winner(s) will be announced publicly in a timely manner, after the sweepstakes ends, as well as contacted via private message. The winner must respond within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond, the raffled prize will be awarded to another person, according to the same principle.

The names of the winners may be published on Facebook/Instagram in connection with the sweepstakes.

The organizer does not collect or store Facebook/Instagram names of the participants. Furthermore, address data will only be collected from the winners, for the purpose of delivering the prize.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if there are important reasons.

German law shall apply.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the raffle.

The organizer is responsible under data protection law for the processing of personal data for the purpose of organizing the prize draw. By participating in the raffle, you give your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO that your specified data will be processed for the purpose of organizing the raffle and sending the prize.
